Elie Levine is a multimedia journalist and social media specialist based in New York City.

Elie is currently assistant community engagement manager for Games at The New York Times, where she writes and manages Wordle Review.

Previously, she worked as a social media editor for Verywell Health, a trusted source of health information under the umbrella of America’s biggest publisher, Dotdash Meredith. She was also associate manager of audience development at the online publishing platform Medium, where she ran social accounts, wrote both public and internal posts about social media, and advised teams across the company on social strategy.

Her work has brought her to the intersection of journalism, technology, and product. She prioritizes raising brand awareness, forming habits among users, and creating value for users and followers.
